Courier Driver

Position Overview
As a Courier Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods while upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism and excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills, safe driving practices, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time service

• Safely manoeuvre vehicles during loading and unloading operations

• Assist with loading to ensure goods are secured and arranged to prevent damage

• Verify delivery documentation and maintain accurate records

• Report vehicle maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly

• Carry out unloading procedures in accordance with company standards

• Obtain proof of delivery and maintain professional communication with clients

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of one year’s relevant courier driving experience or a related qualification (preferred)

• Valid New Zealand Driver License

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail

• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices

• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
