A. Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager and is directly responsible in the accomplishment of the following key result areas :

a. KRA 1 Loans Process Efficiency - Assigned Branch

b. KRA 2 Financial Risk Mgt. - Assigned Branch

c. KRA 3 Member Relations Mgt. – Assigned Branch

d. KRA 4 Regulatory Compliance

e. KRA 5 Submission of Management Reports to Branch Manager and Records/Data Base Management (completeness, reliability, security of loans data base) - Assigned Branch

Loans Process

a. Accepts loan applications from members

b. Conducts interview and loan counseling to loan applicant (major/minor/special loans and loans for restructuring)

c. Conducts thorough analysis of financial, non-financial and qualitative information obtained from credit investigation report of member-borrower and assesses the credit worthiness; including new, re-loan, restructuring, and compromise agreement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php31,000.00 - Php34,000.00 per month
