Credit Processor

Job Summary
As a Credit Processor this candidate will process orders for credit tradeline updates with creditors and work as a liaison between the client, the consumer and the creditor to be sure the consumer's credit report is up to date and accurate. Candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.

Duties

• Work independently to process orders for credit updates.
• All orders are processed in cloud based software.
• Communicate with client, the consumer and the creditor to update credit balance, payment amounts and other information reported on the credit report.
• General Knowledge of mortgage loan origination is a plus.
• Participate in department meetings and company trainings as required.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft and have computer experience. A High School Diploma, or GED is required. Customer service experience and/or experience with credit reporting/loan processing is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
