Creditor's Rights/Bankruptcy Attorney

Job Summary

A well-established litigation firm, is currently seeking a creditors' rights associate with one to four years of experience. Candidates licensed in multiple states (Illinois and Florida) are preferred.

Ideal candidates will have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Must be willing to work diligently in a fast-paced environment and be interested in pursuing and generating new business.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must have one year or more of experience with a high volume case load and be a current member of the State Bar of Texas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
