Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members And Manager to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers to create a positive dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
• Buss tables and assist with cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and enhance service efficiency.
• Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail math is an asset for managing orders and inventory effectively.
• Familiarity with food handling practices to maintain health standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting where needed.
• Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 per week
