Customer Care Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Discuss bill of customers in a friendly manner
2. Ensure that customers understand the details seen on the invoice
3. Operate cash registers to process sales and accept returns or exchanges
4. Address customer complaints promptly
5. Send daily updates on the running bill to the customer
6. Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management

• Willing to work in TALAMBAN, CEBU CITY (Near USC-Talamban Campus & Family Park)
