About The Role:
Help shape Aotearoa's connectivity future by ensuring seamless fibre broadband delivery for communities. Working in a team of two Customer Delivery Partners and reporting to the Direct Sales & Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in fostering relationships with developers, builders, and stakeholders. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Build strong relationships with developers, builders, and regional stakeholders to ensure Tuatahi is their partner of choice.
- Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to project delivery teams for seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality project outcomes.
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and promote Tuatahi's innovative reputation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong background in customer relationship management, ideally with developers or infrastructure clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Sound understanding of development cycles and fibre infrastructure processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and priorities.
- A full NZ Driver’s License is essential
