Customer Delivery Partner

About The Role:

Help shape Aotearoa's connectivity future by ensuring seamless fibre broadband delivery for communities. Working in a team of two Customer Delivery Partners and reporting to the Direct Sales & Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in fostering relationships with developers, builders, and stakeholders. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Build strong relationships with developers, builders, and regional stakeholders to ensure Tuatahi is their partner of choice.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to project delivery teams for seamless execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality project outcomes.
• Monitor project milestones, track progress, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and promote Tuatahi's innovative reputation.

Skills and Experience Required:

• • Strong background in customer relationship management, ideally with developers or infrastructure clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Sound understanding of development cycles and fibre infrastructure processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and priorities.
  • A full NZ Driver’s License is essential
