- Effectively and empathetically communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers and assist with product-related inquiries.
Requirements to apply
- Bachelors in business administration, mass communication, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
