Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding ongoing status of the active leads
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
