The Opportunity:
Join our Kalgoorlie branch as a Customer Fleet Support Representative, where you’ll act as a vital link between Komatsu and our customers. You will provide technical support to customers' maintenance teams, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
Located 45 minutes from our Kalgoorlie branch, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a key client site, focusing on fleet health management of Komatsu equipment. You’ll build strong relationships with the site management team while ensuring Komatsu’s operational standards and Customer Support Charter are consistently met.
Roster: 8/6 or 4/3
Salary: Base salary + Super + 5% Annual Bonus + Tool of Trade Vehicle + Laptop + Mobile Phone
Role Located: FIFO ex Perth or Kalgoorlie located

What we are looking for:
- HV Electrician (preferred) or Heavy Diesel trade qualification
- Able to effectively communicate with customers team at all levels and provide a professional service
- Ability to work away remotely at the customer site
- Have strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with heavy vechicle maintenance
- Current Drivers license
