Customer Operations Specialist/Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Customer Operations PMO team at SolarWinds. The Project Manager will oversee and deliver projects for our Support, Customer Success, and Services groups within a global environment. This role requires managing projects from initiation to implementation, including coordination with cross-company teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and manage expectations.
• Accountable for project documentation including project plans, charters, requirements specifications, and test documents.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on the solution design and testing.
• Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare training materials and document new processes.
• Conclude projects by ensuring the expected benefits are delivered to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of project management experience.
• Project Management qualification – PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management abilities.
• Proficiency in working independently and within a team environment across geographical boundaries.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a commitment to project delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Confidence in preparing presentations, proposing solutions, and driving decisions.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
• Desirable: Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA.
