Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a background in the flooring and furniture or related industry to join our fast‑paced team.

You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement through delivery and aftersales, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
• Manage orders, deliveries, fittings, and aftersales
• Resolve issues and complaints professionally
• Liaise with sales teams, suppliers, and dispatch
• Arrange returns, credits, and follow up with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records, feedback, and reviews

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience in flooring or furniture
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, customer‑focused, and detail‑oriented
