The Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to support our growth and Toll’s customer experience. This role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service to drive customer satisfaction, customer retention and through that overall business success.

Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
Support account management and transaction processing.
Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.
Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.

To be successful, you'll need :

This is an operational / support role which requires prior experience of an operational process.
Some prior experience and / or vocational or technical training is required.
Open to work Night shift in warehouse environment
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday : 10pm to 8am, Friday : 10pm to 7am
