Service Dispatcher for Busy Oil/HVAC company

Hart Home Comfort has an opening for an afternoon/evening service dispatcher:

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
routing service calls that come in
calling customers when a change in schedule happens
accurately posting service calls imported from tablets and sending invoices

answering phone calls and provide outstanding customer service for customers in need of deliveries and emergency service

Must be computer literate and be able to work in Windows programs as well as MS Word and Excel.

Salary will be considered based on experience.

Hours:

2 - 10:30 - Mon- Fri

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
