Customer Service Executive

About the Role:

is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will handle healthcare-related accounts, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure accurate and timely resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

• Assist with billing, claims, and general healthcare inquiries

• Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months BPO experience (Healthcare or RCM experience is an advantage)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City or Ortigas

• Amenable to shifting schedules

• Can start ASAP

Salary & Benefits:

• ₱33,000 package – with RCM experience

• ₱31,000 package – with healthcare experience

• ₱28,000 package – with non-healthcare experience
