Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with drivers and key clients
- Monitor driver satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
- Handle complaints, disputes, and service recovery
- Identify early signs of driver churn and take action
- Design and execute retention strategies (incentives, communication, engagement)
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to improve service experience
- Track retention metrics and provide weekly insights
- Ensure consistent communication with drivers (updates, policies, support)
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in customer service / account management / operations
- Experience in transport, fleet, or service industry is a plus
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Able to handle difficult conversations and emotional situations
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $3,300.00 per month
