Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with drivers and key clients
• Monitor driver satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
• Handle complaints, disputes, and service recovery
• Identify early signs of driver churn and take action
• Design and execute retention strategies (incentives, communication, engagement)
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to improve service experience
• Track retention metrics and provide weekly insights
• Ensure consistent communication with drivers (updates, policies, support)

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in customer service / account management / operations
• Experience in transport, fleet, or service industry is a plus
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Able to handle difficult conversations and emotional situations
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
