Customer Service Representative

Basic Function

The customer service representative shall function as a “one stop shop” for all inquiries, complaints or concerns received from the customers, i.e. buyers, unit owners, clients.

Basic Duties and Major Responsibilities

1. Responsible for assisting/handling customer’s inquiries, requests or complaints (IRC) either thru walk-in, phone-in or e-mail.

1.1 Understanding customers' needs

2.1 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Basic Qualifications

College graduate of any business related course

With work experience as CSR or fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Can Start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
