Position Overview:

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative to assist customers—primarily mothers—with product questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering a supportive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality customer support
  • Manage daily inbound calls and helpdesk tickets
  • Troubleshoot Zomee breast pumps and guide customers through solutions clearly and patiently
  • Route/escalate calls to the appropriate departments as needed
  • Document customer interactions and report recurring issues/trends
  • Assist with troubleshooting documentation and evaluation of warranty returns
  • Collaborate with team members in a supportive, fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve
  • Ability to diagnose product issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Strong phone etiquette and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and comfortable learning CRM systems
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual abilities
  • Knowledge of breast pumps or breastfeeding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
