About the role:
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional support.

You'll have the chance to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to projects that impact our organization's success.

This is where you’ll shine:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

What you’ll bring in:

  • Great Communication and Comprehension skills
  • Has at least work in the same or related position for 2 years
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • General skill in the use of MS Office and other standard software applications required to perform the job duties.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly competitive & High-energy individual
  • Amenable to work on site - Cebu City (Night)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
