Job Description:

• Client Outreach:
• Contact clients with failed payments via phone, text, and email to notify them of their payment status.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and compliance during interactions.
• Appointment Confirmation:
• Make confirmation calls to current members with scheduled appointments to verify their information.
• Inform clients of any previous failed payments and ensure payment is received before their next appointment.
• Payment Processing:
• Assist clients in providing new credit card information or processing payments in full to resolve outstanding balances.
• Document all interactions and payments in the appropriate systems to maintain accurate records.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service while communicating with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Avoid aggressive tactics; instead, focus on a solution-oriented approach in line with company protocols.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of payment issues.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Collections is a plus
• Good to Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
