What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer support for the Easy Account, ensuring every interaction is positive and effective.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with professionalism and a friendly approach.
• Handle blended account (voice and non-voice work)
• Work closely with your team to enhance service quality and contribute to a supportive and engaging work environment.
• Leverage your skills to make a meaningful impact on our customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Open to college graduates or with 6 months BPO experience
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
