Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the system following company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Minimum of 6 months Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience in a BPO industry.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
