Customer Service Representative | Travel | Insurance | Healthcare | Finance | Telco

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system following company guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience in a BPO industry.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
