Location: Remote (Philippines)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Sales Team with administrative tasks, customer communication, and office phone support.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided remotely by our experienced team members and Account Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales administration tasks
  • Create and process invoices accurately
  • Schedule customer deliveries
  • Conduct three-day follow-up calls
  • Support Accounts Receivable priorities as assigned
  • Answer and direct incoming office phone calls
  • Ensure accuracy when selecting models, colors, and product details
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and internal departments
  • Maintain organized records and customer information

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience

Technical Requirements:

  • Own computer setup at home with dual monitors
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Backup device/battery and internet connection
  • Webcam (on-camera required during working hours)
  • USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature
  • Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions
