Right now, we’re growing our Customer Support team and looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent based in our Stockholm HQ.

About the Role:

As a member of our Customer Support team, you’ll be the voice of Teamtailor, helping users and making sure they have a great experience every time they reach out. We're proud of our fast response times (average 2 minutes) and a 98% customer satisfaction score.

Your mission? Deliver exceptional support, solve real problems, and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), and email
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our tech team to solve complex cases
Gather and share customer feedback with our product team
Identify, verify, and report bugs, and keep customers in the loop
Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)
Build strong relationships by being proactive and genuinely helpful

What We’re Looking For:
You're fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
You bring solid experience in customer support (bonus if it’s in SaaS)
You think analytically and enjoy learning new things
You’re a natural problem-solver who feels at home with tech
You take pride in delivering excellent service and making things easier for others
