Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via hotline, email, and live chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle client service needs, including account updates, issue resolution, and guidance on processes.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client data and interactions effectively using CRM tools.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Requirements
- experience in customer service, client support, Sales admin or similar roles.
- Banking/Payments/Finance/Fintech and related experience are preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese/Mandarin is required to support and communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
- Experience with email, calls, and CRM tools for client handling is highly preferred.
- Empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or higher education in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
