Customer Support Specialist For Electronic Devices - Dutch Speaker - Remote In Portugal Mainland

You speak Dutch and you are a Technology addict? We are recruiting Dutch speakers Talent to Order Support Specialist in Portugal !!

Your working day:

• Support customers with online orders and delivery-related requests
• Manage returns, refunds, and payment inquiries
• Communicate with couriers, financial partners, and internal teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required
• Contribute positively to team performance and overall customer satisfaction

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

• Fluent in Dutch with good level in English
• Customer Service experience
• Great communication
• Valid Work Permit in Portugal
