Cvrt Center Office Administrator/ Receptionist- Maternity Position

Job Description

Office Administrator required to cover Maternity Leave for a very busy Commercial Vehicle Test Centre. This is a fixed term contract until January 2027. The successful candidate will provide support for the Test Center and offer a high level of Customer service. This is a very busy role so multi-tasking and the ability to work well under pressure are required.

Duties to include:

Taking telephone/online bookings

Creation of job cards and invoicing

Keeping RSA/ISO procedures updated

Dealing with customer queries

Other Ad Hoc duties

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Good attention to detail

Ability to clearly communicate with customers and staff

Motivation to work on their own initiative

Hours of work are: 9-6 Monday- Thursday and 9-5 Friday
