Cyber Security Infra Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the IT security and infrastructure components like firewalls, switches, privileged access management etc.
• Manage fault rectification process, and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using a range of diagnostic utility tools
• Work closely with product vendor to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition
• Manage patching process and maintain the IT security components, e.g. monitor, evaluate, test, and apply critical patches to operating systems, applications, etc.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance to relevant equipment

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of network, network security is preferred
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill
• Relevant work experience (3 to 5 years) in IT security is preferred
• Certification in Information Technology Security field has an advantage
• Willing to be on 24x7 standby
