D2d Sales Rep - Fall 2025

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet company objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Training

All sales training will be provided and paid for by sales professionals. You will be working along side a fun team ready to crush it this fall and make loads of money!

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
• Knock doors on a team of salespeople and work well in the team
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Finish sales training and follow the guidelines and policies.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective presentations and negotiations.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets is crucial for success in this role.
