Data Aggregation Specialist

Job Summary

Lao ASEAN Leasing Public Company, Ltd is the leading leasing company in Laos, offering financing solutions for automobiles and heavy equipment to both corporate and individual clients. We are seeking a Data Aggregation Specialist to collect, integrate, process, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect and aggregate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, applications, third-party systems).

· Clean, validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Develop and maintain data integration workflows and automated data pipelines.

· Monitor data quality and resolve data discrepancies or errors.

· Prepare aggregated datasets for reporting, dashboards, and analytics teams.

· Work closely with IT, analytics, and business teams to understand data requirements.

· Maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and data flows.

· Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with company policies.

· Optimize data aggregation processes for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

· Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).

· Experience working with large datasets and data transformation.

· Familiarity with data formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML.

· Basic understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.

· Ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred / Added Advantages

· Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.

· Experience with APIs and system integrations.

· Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).

· Knowledge of Linux environments and automation.

· Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

Experience Level

· Minimum 3 years' experience in data handling, data processing, or a similar IT role
