Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in various analytical tools and methodologies. This role involves interpreting complex data sets, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Employ Python for advanced data analysis and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Participate in Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.
- Conduct business analysis to assess processes and recommend improvements based on data findings.
- Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing data requirements for system enhancements.
- Create detailed documentation of analytical processes and methodologies for future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of VBA is a plus for automating Excel tasks.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets effectively.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
