As a Process Automation intern, you will work with AIA PH to learn, experience, and deliver automations that support our day-to-day services by practicing process automation discovery frameworks down towards utilizing low code and robotic automation tools.

Position is Open to college students and early career. Depending on the internship track, the following requirements are to be delivered.

• Agile Process Transformation / Digital Transformation (Transformation Office)
• Automation Development via Microsoft Technologies (Process Automation via Power Platform, including RPA)
• Creation and Recommendation of Data Analytics for Business Units
• Creation of Data Visualization (Power BI)
• Creation of A.I Models (A.I) Track

Roles and Behaviors.

• Work independently to carry individual project tasks/requirements, aligned to the track
• Collaborate with Track Mentors to gain experience and insight on real-work scenario.
• Albeit coaching is embedded in the internship program, candidates must be self-driven to learn and understand AIA PH’s way of working.
• Effectively communicate and work with a wide variety of individuals.
• Candidates have academic or early experience on task management: ability to plan, implement and evaluate projects and work on them independently
• Independent and hardworking
