Data Clerk - Remote

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Clerk to join our Administrative department as a remote, full-time hourly employee. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining data processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the efficiency and success of our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive paperwork and digital records for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve data discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries based on data input and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols.
  • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Proven working experience as a Data Clerk, Data Entry Specialist, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and management software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally.

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Grand Island, Nebraska, US))
