Data Entry Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Excel Expert to join our team. As an excel expert and

website data entry specialist in the auto parts industry, you will be responsible for

managing and maintaining our company's website, ensuring its functionality, security,

and optimal performance. You will also be responsible for uploading and maintaining

data relevant to both website performance and growth. This is a vital role in our

organization as the website serves as a key platform for our online presence and

customer engagement.

Duties:

- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly,

and visually appealing

- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues or bugs that may arise

- Implement and maintain data to ensure optimal website performance

- Update website content and ensure accuracy

- Utilize excel files, in both xls and csv formats to properly organize, maintain, import,

and export relevant website data

Experience:

- Advanced excel experience (including formulas and macros) is integral to properly

import and export data to the website

- Working knowledge of photoshop and other photo editing software will be useful in

maintaining the website's visual appeal

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is critical

- Working knowledge of accounting and accounting software will be useful

- Working knowledge of the auto parts industry in general will also help prospective

candidates succeed in the position

- Candidates may also be expected to perform general office work and/or customer

service duties related to the auto parts industry

- Previous experience with shipping software (both Fedex and UPS), along with relevant

shipping rules, will also be beneficial

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (40); 6am-3:30pm (44)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
