Data Management Analyst

Data Warehouse Management:

• Oversee the integration of data into the data warehouse from various sources, ensuring proper data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Develop and maintain data models within the data warehouse to ensure that data is organized in a way that supports business intelligence (BI) and reporting needs.

• Manage and optimize data storage structures and workflows within the data warehouse to improve query performance and data accessibility.

Data Integration & ETL Processes:

• Design and implement efficient ETL pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data loading into the warehouse from transactional systems, external sources, and other platforms.

• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow, identify bottlenecks, and resolve any issues related to data accuracy or performance.

Data Performance Optimization:

• Optimize the performance of data queries and reports within the data warehouse by refining indexing strategies, partitioning tables, and improving the overall design of data models.

• Identify opportunities for automating data management tasks and creating efficiencies in data loading, processing, and reporting.

Data Quality Management: Monitor data quality metrics, conduct audits, and implement data cleansing processes to improve data reliability.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business units to identify data needs and provide analytical support for various initiatives.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements in data management workflows and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• 
  College Graduate of 4-5 year course, preferably: BS Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Experience with Oracle Data Warehousing solutions
• Experience in data management, with a focus on data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong proficiency with data warehousing platforms
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data in the data warehouse.
• Familiarity with data modeling, dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and data warehousing best practices.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to data flow and performance issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in handling and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
