Daycare Leader - Kennel Technician - South Clt

Do you love working with dogs? We are looking for someone to add to our team at One Lucky Pup! Our Group Leaders run daycare groups, clean up after the pups, feed them, making sure our facility looks great and most importantly, making sure all pups are being cared for as if they're our own! They interact with clients and ensure dogs in our care have a blast every day while maintaining a safe, clean and fun environment!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 18+ years of age

- Available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings & HOLIDAYS.

- Comfortable with all breeds, sizes and ages of dogs.

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and keep up with a fast paced work environment.

- Team player who is able to work well with a group as well as individually.

- Reliable transportation to get to/from work

Our Group Leaders are responsible for running playgroups with the help of other staff members and monitoring play to ensure the safety of all canine guests and staff. We provide web based behavioral and procedural training, but previous experience in a day care or boarding environment is a plus. We have a zero tolerance policy for mistreatment of animals, and Daycare Leaders are expected to handle dogs in a gentle manner, without force or punishment of any kind. Our team is actively working during their shifts, constantly monitoring dogs, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment. You WILL get dirty and we work outside for the majority of our shifts, including in hot weather and rainy conditions. Other assigned duties may include bathing dogs, maintenance tasks or administrative duties as needed.

Part time and full time positions available at our South Clt location.
