POSITION TITLE: Power BI Reporting Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
To help the automation team build and manage Microsoft tools and dashboards that improve processes and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps for form-based interfaces and custom business applications
• Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation
• Create interactive dashboards and insightful reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query
• Manage and transform data using Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboard integration
• Use Microsoft Forms for survey and data input, integrating responses into automated workflows
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, design wireframes, and deliver solutions
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, data mappings, and user instructions
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or logic issues in apps, reports, and automation flows
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of developed solutions
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and privacy policies
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs when needed (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Outlook, Teams)
• Provide training and support to users on developed tools and dashboards
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing solutions for scalability and efficiency
• Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform best practices, feature releases, and trends
