Sprout Therapy Inc. operates two brands under one roof in Dartmouth, NS: Sprout Therapy, a wellness-focused juice cleanse and subscription service, and Bar Jus — Atlantic Canada's go-to distributor of premium Canadian-made non-alcoholic beers, ciders, wines, spirits, liqueurs, sodas, canned cocktails, and garnishes and bitters for the hospitality sector. Bar Jus is, simply put, a bartender's best friend.

We deliver six days a week across Halifax and HRM. Our clients — restaurants, bars, hotels, golf courses, juice cleanse subscribers, and event companies — count on us to show up on time, every time, with the right product and a professional face. That standard starts with our delivery team.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Delivery Driver to join our team full-time. This is a Monday-to-Friday role (with occasional weekend availability as needed) based out of our Dartmouth facility at 107 Research Drive.

You'll be the last set of hands on every order before it reaches our clients — which makes this role more important than it might sound. You're not just moving product; you're representing both brands at every stop.

What You'll Do

- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and/or trucks) to transport product to client locations across Halifax and HRM
- Load and unload orders accurately and efficiently, handling product with care
- Verify order accuracy before departure and at each stop
- Plan and follow delivery routes to ensure timely, organized execution
- Interact professionally and positively with clients at every delivery location
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery records
- Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, tires, brakes) and flag any maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse and production staff to ensure correct loading and order preparation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Nova Scotia road regulations at all times

What We're Looking For

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record (required)
- 2–5 years of driving experience, ideally in a delivery or logistics role
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable — our clients depend on it
- Physically capable of loading, unloading, and handling product throughout the day
- Professional and personable with clients — a positive interaction at the door matters
- Strong attention to detail when verifying and logging orders
- Comfortable working independently and managing a route efficiently
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Dartmouth, NS before start date (required)
- English required
- Forklift experience and basic automotive maintenance skills are assets

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift — weekends as needed
Location: In-person, based at 107 Research Drive, Dartmouth, NS
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience — overtime eligible
