About the Role

We are hiring reliable delivery drivers to support our evening and late-night operations, with priority given to drivers who live near key delivery zones and can consistently work during peak hours.

This is an independent contractor role offering flexible scheduling, with higher demand and earning potential during evenings and late nights.

Priority Hiring Locations

High-Priority Zones

• Mosman / Neutral Bay / North Sydney
• Campsie / Marrickville / Inner West
• Parramatta / Carlingford / Guildford

Support & Flexible Coverage Areas

• Camperdown
• Sydney CBD
• West Pymble
• St Marys

Drivers based near Mosman, Campsie, or Parramatta will be prioritised during screening.

Peak Availability (Important)

Applicants with availability during the following times will be prioritised:

• Core Evening Peak: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (highest demand)
• Late Night: 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM (especially Fri–Sat)
• Daytime Support: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (limited positions)

Drivers comfortable working after 10:00 PM and on Friday–Sunday evenings are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to delivery requests via SMS
• Complete deliveries professionally and efficiently
• Aim to complete deliveries within 30 minutes where possible
• Operate within assigned or nearby delivery zones
• Restock from the warehouse weekly to fortnightly as required

Requirements

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with reliable SMS communication
• Strong time management and independent work skills
• Good customer service and communication
• Delivery experience preferred but not required

Pay & Earnings

• Paid per delivery
• Minimum $25 per delivery
• Minimum $35 per delivery after 1:00 AM
• +$5 for every 5 minutes over 20 minutes (rounded)
• High-performing drivers may receive increased pay
• Typical weekly earnings: $150–$500, depending on peak availability

How Scheduling Works

• No rostered shifts
• Delivery requests sent as orders come in
• Drivers can accept or decline jobs
• Consistent peak-hour availability leads to more delivery opportunities
