Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse operations and delivery responsibilities, ensuring that goods are efficiently moved, stored, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including a box truck and flatbed truck to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload delivered products, ensuring proper handling and storage of items.
• Pick and pack inventory for customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movements.
• Assist in maintaining the warehouse and grounds, ensuring that all items are stored in their designated locations and all areas are neat and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations within the warehouse.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• TWIX PASS is a PLUS.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE INSURABLE –if not do not apply
• Must have valid Florida Driver’s License. CDL License and TWIX pass a plus.
• Must have good reading and math skills.
• Must have good communication skills, speak clear English.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100 lbs.)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
