Dental Assistant

Our team is actively hiring for an EXPERIENCED Full Time Dental Assistant to support our growing team in Akron, OH. This is a private practice and not a large corporate position. The starting pay for this position is $18-23/hour depending on the right person and experience, as well as customer service and quality of care to our patients. For our full-time Dental Assistants who have made it through the probationary period and meet all requirements, we offer a very comprehensive and competitive benefits package as well as pay increases based on performance!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-1pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist dentists with procedures.
• Help patients feel comfortable.
• Take patients’ blood pressure
• Take and process x-rays.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by sterilizing equipment.
• Provide follow up care instructions for patients.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPPA standards.

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (willing to pay for the right candidate as well)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
