Dental Front Desk Host/Hostess

We are seeking a Front Desk Host/Hostess to provide exceptional hospitality to our patients. This role focuses on greeting patients, assisting with digital check-in, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment. Entry-level opportunity with growth potential—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
• Assist patients with the digital check-in kiosk
• Offer water or refreshments and maintain a tidy, inviting waiting area
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Support the front office team with light hospitality duties as needed

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and friendly personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• No dental office experience necessary – training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
