Dental Office Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This position is essential for maintaining a productive work environment and supporting both staff and clients in a medical or dental office setting.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Manage electronic medical records and maintain accurate patient files.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for the office.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate communication between medical professionals, patients, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Support acute care services by managing schedules and coordinating with nursing staff as necessary.
  • Handling AR and follow up with patients and insurance companies

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tracker software is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management within an office setting.
  • Background in human resources or supervising staff is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
