Dental Receptionist

Overview
Our specialty dental office is looking for a friendly, motivated, well-organized individual who has pleasant phone kills and can communicate well with our patients.

Bilingual in English and Cantonese are a MUST.

Duties

• Answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Answer general questions about our dental office and services we provide
• Check insurance information
• Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
• Discuss treatment plan
• Collect payments

Skills

• Administrative experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
• Basic computer skills
• Dental software is a plus (Softdent)

Beneficial Qualifications

• Team player
• Willing to be trained
• Dental assisting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
