Arifa Shaikh DDS is a leading national provider of comprehensive value-added services to the commercial and retail dental industry. We provide on-site and off-site care for general dentists, periodontists, and prosthodontists. Our staff is comprised of general dentists who are committed to providing excellent patient care and service. We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. Dental Dental Dental Dental Dental Receptionist responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, taking payments, and maintaining office security. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a friendly manner upon arrival and exit from clinic visits.
• Answer phones in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Collect payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the office system in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments with patients.
• Follow up with patients after appointments to ensure they are satisfied with services.
• Check patients in and out as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in dental office or other customer service setting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
