Denture Dental (Denture) Clinic Administrator/ Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Administrator/ Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our denture clinic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both administrative and clinical processes. As the Clinic Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic, enhancing patient satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage front end to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient intake, and appointment management using electronic medical records system- DomX.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients through phone systems and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Coordinate/create manuals on office procedures, software usage, and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (DomX) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
  • Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
