Dev In Test Engineer (Hybrid)

As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to improve software quality by identifying, facilitating, and addressing issues early in the development lifecycle.

• Automation Development: Develop automated unit, integration, and functional tests for new and existing features.
• Performance Testing: Identify and review the performance of features.
• Accuracy Testing: Validate data accuracy, calculations, and edge cases through manual checks.
• Requirement Validation: Ensure features meet requirements and clarify specifications with requestors as needed.
• Security Checks: Verify features follow security protocols and are free of vulnerabilities.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for test cases, automation scripts, and processes.
• Manual Exploratory Testing: Perform “try to break it” testing to identify weaknesses, edge cases, and usability issues.
• Usability and Aesthetics: Evaluate user experience, interface intuitiveness, and design alignment with branding guidelines.
• Robustness and Load Testing: Perform load testing to verify reliability under high usage.
• Research Best-in-Class Solutions: Analyze competitor solutions to ensure best-in-class designs.
• Sprint Coordination: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release activities.
• Automation of Regression Tests: Identify key test cases for automation and implement regression testing frameworks.

Sprint/ release management: Be the POC for all things sprint/ release management related.
