Digital Ads Specialist with Graphic Design Skills

Location: Remote / Wellington HQ (NZ-based preferred)

Stealth Ride is an online leader in performance automotive parts, selling across NZ, Australia, and internationally. We’re looking for a Digital Ads Specialist who can design eye-catching creatives and run ads that convert. If you love cars, have an eye for design, and know how to make the right audience click “Buy Now,” we want to talk to you.

Important: This is a self-starter role with no formal onsite training. You’ll need proven experience and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be replacing an external marketing team, so if you dont think you have the ability to work by yourself with no guidance on ad setup and monitoring, this role may not be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design high-impact ad creatives, social media content, and promotional graphics (static & video).
• Analyse campaign data and optimise for best ROI.
• Work with team to align ads with promotions, product launches, and events.
• Maintain brand style and push creative boundaries to keep our content fresh.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital ads (Meta, Google Ads, remarketing, lookalike audiences, A/B testing).
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• video editing skills are a big plus.
• Understanding of e-commerce advertising funnels.
• Interest in automotive, motorsport, or performance culture is a bonus – gearheads welcome.
