THE ROLE

As our Digital Analytics Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our data-driven future. You’ll lead the strategic development of our digital analytics capabilities, playing a central role in the implementation and evolution of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This is a highly influential role—both hands-on and strategic—where your expertise will guide critical business and product decisions. You’ll also be a key leader in our analytics team, supporting, coaching, and elevating the work of fellow analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, development, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Project manage digital analytics initiatives, including CRO, tracking strategies, and data structure design.
• Own the quality assurance and validation of all digital data collection.
• Provide actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations to product teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize the value of our digital data.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• Solid experience in a digital analytics role with increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record of independently leading GA4 implementations across one or more organizations.
• Deep expertise in tag management (including GTM and ideally server-side tagging).
• Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing digital analytics and optimization projects.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce, customer journeys, and digital product development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, BigQuery, and CDPs is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing others.
