Digital Content Creator

We are Pod Furniture, we have physical store locations in Douglas as well as a very strong ecommerce presence, we are looking for a creative, detail driven content creator to elevate our brand across all digital platforms. In this role, you will be required to product engaging social media content, shoot and edit videos, design graphics and help shape the visual identity of our brand. Working as part of a dynamic team who inspire customers, showcase products and strengthen our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content highlighting products, room styling, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and customer stories
• Create visually appealing graphics, promotional materials, and branded assets for digital campaigns
• Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment
• Monitor trends in furniture, interior design, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and in‑store events
• Capture product photography and lifestyle imagery for use across digital channels
• Analyse performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
• Graphic design ability with experience in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• A good eye for interior styling, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment
• Photography skills are a strong advantage
• Understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices

Pay: €33,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
